Responsibility:

1.Manage customer orders & follow-up, from order entry to contracts, lead time, delivery

and related payments.

2.Make quick response to client enquiries on order and delivery status.

3.Communicate with customers to understand the requests.

4.Coordinate with other departments to guarantee the order delivery.

5.Customer information management.

6.Support on sales administration and marketing activities (Customer visit, exhibition, marketing materials……,etc)

7.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge, Experience:

1. More than 1 years’ relevant experience in sales administration/customer service.

2. Good communication skills in English (both written and oral). Establish and maintain good relationships with customer.

3. Good computer skills.

4. Initiative and efficient at work, well organized.
