Mission:

Acting as brand ambassador while providing a wonderful shopping experience for our customer. Handling all sales and store management duties ensuring that the shop runs perfectly.

Sales:

• Create and maintain a positive relationship to ensure future sales and creating long term relationship with clients
• Welcome customers all the time (greeting them and offering them assistance)
• Serve customers by helping them select products
• Show customers the locations of items they are looking for and suggest complementary items when appropriat
• Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation

Store Management:

• Make sure store is clean, neat and well organized
• Answers store telephones, assists callers, and/or transfers calls if needed
• Restock shelves to ensure optimum availability of products
• Unpack shipments in the store and categorize them appropriately
• Maintains inventory records and assists in taking store inventory

Cashier:

• Operate the cash register and provide accurate change to cash-paying customers
• Proceed to exchanges and enter them in the proper way in the POS

Details:

• Part-time or Full-time
• Work during week-ends

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Fresh grads welcome, 0-4 years experiences 
• Fluent in English, Cantonese or French would be a plus
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Demonstrates ability to think creatively to devise new selling techniques
• Pays attention to detail.
