Job Description
說明

1. Handling sales order documents. (Paper works)

2. Following up the production status. (Understanding the production condition)

3. Delivery arrangement. (Preparing transportation, related documents and trademarks)

4. Receiving and sending mails. Notifying the sales about important issues and contents. (Sales working outdoors and assistants paying attention to information in the office)

5. Good knowledge at Sales operation and internal business process

6. Order and shipment management.

7. Good at conducting ERP system.

8. Co-work with PM and procurement team.


資格

1. Education: First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.

2. Requires 1 years of experience in sales assistant function.

3. Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint) and supply chain modeling skills.

4. Good communication skill and people skill

5. Patient personality is requirement
