You will help real estate agents, real estate developers and serviced apartments move their businesses online by working with them to develop digital solutions, tailored for their needs.
As more and more agents and real estate developers move online, due to the coronavirus, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be at the forefront of significant change in the industry and take advantage of the opportunities presented.
Duties:
1) Establishes new accounts by planning and organising a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential agencies/agents. (40%)
2) Actively reach out to prospective accounts (40%)
3) Manage account database (10%)
4) Attend networking events and agent gatherings to help market the Spacious product and raise brand awareness (10%)
For this role, the ability to communicate in Cantonese is a must.
Proficient English required.
Previous experience in sales is a bonus.
Any former or current real estate agents are particularly well suited to this job.
We are looking for a self-starter and someone who can practice continuous learning. We want to see you get better over time.
You need to have very strong interpersonal skills and have an ability to connect with people.
