ISG services has an opportunity for an experienced Sales Enablement
professional to empower the success of the sales organization. The Sales
Enablement Specialist will be responsible for managing and driving initiatives
to support our sales teams in successfully meeting sales objectives.
Position Description:
• Leads foundational and ongoing Sales Enablement programs in consultation
with business leader
• Develop programs and processes that effectively drive sales productivity and
increase pipeline and conversion rates
• Develop content for sales and product education
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales teams are
successfully prepared to sell IaaS competitively.
• Determines and drives creation of the most effective enablement solutions in
multiple formats (webinars, PowerPoints, live training, eLearning, reference
guides)
• Continual improvement of sales motion to drive optimal results; Incorporates
feedback from sales and other cross-functional teams
• Engages with key stakeholders including Sales Leaders, Marketing, Sales
Operations, Project Management, and People teams
• Prioritize, scope, plan, and execute to move multiple programs forward in a
fast-paced, global environment.
• Develops performance and schedule requirements and executes effectively,
providing guidance and coaching to others to meet schedules and resolve
problems.
• Translates performance needs into enablement solutions that measurably
impact the goal attainment of the business.
• Comfortable learning and working with new tools and systems; able to work
with subject matter experts to simplify and communicate technical content
• Influence effectively without authority.
• Effectively partners with the business in a way that brings energy and focus
and move the business forward.
• Drive to achieve goals and make an impact on the business.
#### Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience working in a sales, training, or a go to market
enablement function
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-velocity technical organization
• Passion for sales training and enablement
• Understanding of the sales process and what it takes to be successful
• Working knowledge of how salespeople communicate, learn, and perform.
• Crisp, compelling, and practical style of writing, editing, and speaking
