Job Description
Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall success and revenue generation of the sales team
• Design & develop a world-class IT solution sales team, process, and systems
• Determine best mix of sales people, skills, sales engineers, territories
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
• Design compensation, reward, and other management components for maximum results
• Manage day-to-day the local sales team and sales operations
• Have full understanding and overview of pipelines, calls, key opportunities, metrics, and problems
• Coordinate with partnership team and partners to drive leads and sales
• Improve processes for the full sales cycle, including forecasting and pipeline management
• Train the sales team in all aspects of selling, closing, forecasting, and prospecting
• Close personal deals for experience, credibility, and understanding
• Strategize on service roadmap, customers segments, go-to-market strategy
Qualifications
• Clear leadership experience with demonstrated success in sales and sales management
• Ability to build and manage a sales team, systems, and processes in startups
• Demonstrated experience in solution selling to small and medium companies
• Strong experience in managing Chinese sales teams
• Detail and process-oriented to work at strategic, tactical, and daily, per-customer levels
• Clear understanding and leadership of sales process, reporting, metrics, forecasting, pipelines,
profiles
• Chinese language skills desirable, fluency preferred. English language near-fluency required.
• IT / Tech sales experience preferred
