About Us / The Opportunity
We are a China-based manufacturer & designer of high-end custom gift boxes and packaging solutions. We serve US-based businesses (Support customization of all types of paper gift boxes, including wine boxes, cosmetic boxes, jewelry boxes, food boxes, digital electronic gift boxes, etc) who need premium, affordable packaging.
We are looking for self-motivated, U.S.-based sales closers to join us on a 100% commission basis.
Why join us?
Uncapped Earning Potential: You earn a flat 3% commission on every single deal you close. Our average order value (AOV) for bulk corporate orders is 2,000−10,000+. Sell 3-5 deals a week and earn a full-time income.
Recurring Revenue: Gift boxes are consumable. Corporate clients reorder monthly/quarterly, meaning you get paid again and again for the same client.
Low Competition & High Need: The demand for unique, high-quality packaging is booming post-COVID.
Support: We handle manufacturing, shipping, and logistics. You just sell. We will provide product samples, high-res images, and case studies.
The Role
This is a hunter role. You will not be given a book of business initially. We need someone to prospect and close.
Prospecting: Find local event planners, realtors doing client gifts, or small DTC brands in the U.S. via cold email, LinkedIn, or phone.
Consultative Selling: Advise clients on custom sizing, ribbon colors, and insert foams.
Closing: Negotiate and close deals via Zoom/Phone.
Who You Are
Location: Must be physically located in the U.S. (EST/CST/PST time zones).
Experience: You have experience selling physical products, packaging, or B2B services. Gift box/packaging experience is a plus.
English: Native-level English communication (written & verbal).
Equipment: You have a quiet workspace, stable internet, and a professional webcam/mic for Zoom calls.
Mindset: You understand this is a 1099 contract position. You are organized and track your own leads
Compensation
Commission: 3% of total contract value (including shipping).
Payout: Paid via Upwork upon client deposit (before production).
