JOB SUMMARY:
As a member of the Customer order Center in logisitcs team, this position shall assist the logistics Manager and the team in the daily work and customer order delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Main responsibilities:
- Order handling responsibility for Assigned internal and external customers and and possible other future customers
- Delivery follow-up, fulfill customer's oder ON TIME IN FULL
Customer service
1Be the contact person for customers, responsible for daily order handling,
2Coordinate with sales reprentative, planning, buyer and warehouse for delivery and logistics arrangements,
3 Actively strive to improve our customer service level and our order handling workflow,
4Keep record in system and offer right documentation according the requirment of departments,
5Together with the other team members administrate and develop operations activity,6other task assigned by line manager.

Report to logistics manager Organisationally be a part of operation department logistics Team Customer order center
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1Bachelor degree or above, Major in Trade,Logistics,English 2Working experience within export, sales and customer service would be a plus
3Chinese (Mandarin): Native
4English: Fluent
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1Accurate, organized and able to take initiative and proactively solve problems
2Sales and Service oriented
3Excellent communication skills and team work attitude
4Computer skills: Microsoft Office, excel
5Familiar with ERP and CRM systems
