SBI Shanghai is an importer of wholesale brewing ingredients. We offer craft brewers in China the world's finest and freshest malt, hops, and yeast, with quick reliable delivery and one stop shopping convenience. The company originates in the Netherlands where is successfully operates and sells throughout Europe.

In 2014, SBI started a branch in Shanghai to supply the growing craft beer market in China. The quality ingredients used to make specialty beers are imported and sourced from all over the world. SBI Shanghai has a warehouse and cold storage in Shanghai to be able to supply all craft brewers with their direct and long-term needs in the quantities they desire.

We are now looking for an enthusiastic, independent, and proactive Sales representative to strengthen our sales team.

Your mission

As Sales representative it is your mission to help us grow our business by realizing incremental sales, maintain a good customer relationship, provide customer support and be responsible for business development in your region.

Key responsibilities

• Realization of the introduction, promotion, and sale of product assortment to existing and new customers.
• Maintaining a good relationship with customers, in such a way that customers are satisfied about the commercial and logistical services
• Preparing sales orders, packing lists and invoices and make sure they are correct before sending them to the clients
• Coordinate with customers order delivery arrangement and after sales service
• Ensure customer complaints are resolved in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts to aid in selling company products, programs and services to current and potential clients in a professional manner
• Perform other support tasks requested by Commercial Director

Your profile

• College degree or above
• Proactive and good work ethics
• Affinity to craft beer
• Customer oriented
• Confident, assertive whilst maintaining confidentiality and discretion
• Attention to details and good sense of service
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent English language ability in reading, writing, and speaking
• Strong communication and coordination skill
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
