Your responsibilities

• Using product configuration tools to provide technical solution according to customer requirements, completing sales offering and supporting sales to communicate and providing technical clarification to the customer.
• Preparing comments & deviation according to customer specification for target projects.
• Executing technical solution quality improvement projects to improve customer satisfaction.
• Working as a contact window between sales and factory to secure smooth implementation of target projects, Reducing the factory manufacturing gap and increasing factory technical offering.
• Providing product training & technical communication to customer to increase customer satisfaction.
• Making proposals on industry customized products by fully analyzing market needs and application feature.
• Supporting PG finance controller to prepare risk review assessment, studying and providing product-level competitive analysis report of focused applications.

Your background

• Bachelor or master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering required.
• Must have experience in electrical machine design.
• Preferred to have experience in machine application.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and manage effective working relationships at all levels.
• Must have the ability to work globally within different cultures.
• Enthusiastic, innovative and able to change.
• Must be good in English.
