More about us https://www.eaton.com SalesForce Deployment & Adoption Manager, EMEA This is an expert role forming part of Eaton's EMEA Sales operations' function which manages a world class sales automation capability for EMEA utilizing Eaton’s chosen platform Salesforce. The holder of this role will understand how to navigate sales automation and sales enablement content management systems, ensuring that the different technologies work well together to support sales and marketing business processes that will generate demand in the market for Eaton’s products and services. The holder of this position will be the most specialist and technical sales automation user on the team. He or she will possess both sales enablement and operations skills having used a variety of technologies and platforms. Responsible for Eaton’s EMEA sales automation processes, maintenance and development of the platforms, management of preferred suppliers, training and sharing best practice amongst Eaton’s sales community. Specifically, this role will oversee and manage all sales automation processes within the platform, responsible for the development and execution of triggered interactions and automated programs and other communications that drive increased awareness, consideration, prospect and customer engagement, member acquisition and engagement for Eaton across all stages of the buyer and customer lifecycle. This role is responsible for successful launching and implementation of Salesforce across the Eaton Electrical Sector EMEA sales organisation. This will be done through a mix of managing deployment & adoption of Salesforce technology as well as working with specialists in Sales Enablement, marketing, technology & business to help them create powerful framework and onboarding program. The scope of SF project is to support sellers & partners achieve their targets, use tools in the most effective way and be productive in linking various platforms with their opportunities as well as building pipeline/forecast. The ideal candidate will be a naturally curious problem solver, adaptable to a rapidly changing environment and have experience in enabling sellers & partners with new technology/platforms. The core skills would be to understand sales processes, collaboration with sales teams and project management as well as integration of enablement platforms, data connectivity & processes of content automation/deployment. The position requires the ability to understand how sales org sell and how to support the process with new Salesforce sales automation platform to identify and build a strong onboarding program to make the implementation successful for all the parties. Qualifications Your key deliverables: Salesforce: Managing deployment & adoption of Salesforce technology to sales teams & channel partners Good understanding of the sales processes, systems & tools in Eaton ES EMEA Analytic thinking on how to improve/adopt the sales process to new technology and existing tools Building organizational capability thorough onboarding program for sales org working closely with the leaders to make it effective Deep understanding of the metadata, data & system architecture for Salesforce Understanding sales needs and what makes sense to sales Being able to set up requirements for good and clear reporting Understand work-flow management Understand lead management, deal reg, pipeline creation, data model Leverage SFDC vendor for training, support and DevOps Building communication model to give a regular update to leaders, sales teams and channel Sales Enablement tools alignment: Integrate the SFDC system with Sales Enablement platforms to make it most efficient for sellers Deep understanding of the integrations with SF with SE platforms such as SalesHub & salesCoach for sales enablement and Eloqua for lead management Work with stakeholders to ensure data architecture meets ES EMEA needs (customer data, external analytics, C360/SFDC and Eloqua/SFDC sync) Understanding prospecting tools like Eloqua and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to make it integrated with SF Work with IT to develop appropriate support model for Sales Enablement platforms vs SF so that technical escalations and defects can be quickly resolved Develop Salesforce User community to ensure that the platform is well understood across the region and best practice is fostered Work with Sales Managers, local Sales Ops leaders & Sales Enablement to assess content utilization within SalesHub and make recommendations for continuous Improvement Build learning content to engage sellers in the new technology What we are looking for: Education level required: Several years in Sales Enablement / Marketing / Sales Ops / Project Management, requires strong project management skills. Project Management certification Years and area of experience required Experience in a multi-national, cultural business environment. Country-only experience would also be considered for strong candidates. Technical knowledge: Worked within an international sales & marketing B2B organization selling through different markets and types of business. Strong understanding of the organisation internally, management & stakeholders. High-level of understanding SE platforms from the technical level, being able to lead the platforms improvements having an understanding of taxonomy, metadata and connections between systems. Soft skills: Extreme personal curiosity self-starter & experienced in agile working. Hunger of knowledge. Confident working in rapidly changing landscape with changing priorities and willing to expand role beyond the initial job title. Have a courage learning and facing new challenges. Open-minded personality - looking for best solutions for end-users. Passionate about automatization of processes.
