Amgen is using fully integrated and best in class technologies, having Salesforce.com as core architecture & relying on business capabilities enablers such as Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Our Customer Engagement Team, part of Global Commercial and Operation IS, is critical in supporting Customer Engagement Excellence at Amgen. Amgen is using a fully integrated and best in class technologies, having Salesforce.com as core architecture & relying on business capabilities enablers such as Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Salesforce Marketing Cloud. We are functioning as a product team, delivering product features in an agile manner, focusing on most business added values. Our operating activities are organized via a DevOps model in a global environment.

The Global Data and Analytics (GDnA) team is responsible for all sales reporting in our commercial organization and supporting the GDnA platform. This young and dynamic DevOps team visualizes raw data and help the business build (Tableau) dashboards, which our colleagues in the field can use in their interactions with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Agile development process and DevOps model.
  • Support the set up  of journeys & campaigns.
  • Support landing pages creation in SFMC, email templates, target audiences.
  • Users management.
  • Administration of tracking Datalake integration.
  • Configure and maintain the functional Salesforce Objects.
  • Help Product team to how best use of SFMC functionalities.
  • Collaborate with vendors and information technology to prioritize, launch and implement new tools and system enhancements.
  • Provides second and third line support related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.
  • Proactively identify production risks and create actionable mitigation plans.

Client Responsibilities

  • Attends cross-functional team meetings to develop and implement business solutions and optimize operations.
  • Assist in gathering requirements to continuously improve Salesforce platforms.
  • Create and maintain system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications.

Compliance Responsibilities

  • Maintains knowledge of IS quality and compliance policies, SOPs and associated documents.
  • Ensures compliance with Amgen’s corporate regulatory requirements e.g. SOX, GxP, Data Privacy, Data Security.

WIN

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

Required experience and skills:

  • Ideally an experienced +3 years in Salesforce.com development and, +2 years working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification. (Not mandatory)
  • Experiences in developing and managing Data Extensions, audience filtering, setup campaigns, manage suppression List etc.
  • Experiences SFMC Studio and Builders (Contact Builder, Email studio, Automation studio, Journey Builder, Mobile studio).
  • Experiences in creating content for emails based on email templates or from scratch.
  • Experiences in building Journeys to reach audience and create different actions depending on the audience behaviors.
  • Experience with Visualforce & Apex Controllers and Triggers.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Approvals, Workflows, Validation rules, Reports, Dashboards and Tasks.
  • Experience in API integration and SQL.
  • Experience with Devops tools.
  • Experiences in Configuration and release management.
  • Must be a good communicator and analytical skills.
  • Attentive to quality delivery and customer centric.
