职位描述:
1. Support and enhance the Global Infrastructure Salesforce instance and future business operation technologies
2. Assist with project/program management, including project plans, documentation, stakeholder communications
3. Assist as a primary point of contact for Salesforce and reporting-related questions
4. Develop and maintain end-to-end integrations with internal systems and other applications such as marketing automation tool
5. Provide best practice recommendation for salesforce and other CRM related projects
6. Keep up to date on industry trends and recommend solutions beyond salesforce to meet business needs
职位要求:
1. 3 to 6 years’ experience for CRM business consulting, solution design or implementation with salesforce platform
2. Experienced in CRM implementation project for solution design or development with at least 3 large-scale projects
3. Experienced in Salesforce.com APEX, VF Page, APIs development are preferred.
4. Salesforce Certification (Administrator, App Builder, Sales Cloud, Services Cloud, Platform Developer I / II) are preferred
5. Strong team work and communication skill
6. A proven ability to translate team's business needs into deliverable design, and develop deliverables that address complex situations
7. Group facilitation and presentation skills
8. Bachelor Degree or above; fluent in English and Mandarin
