We are currently seeking a Salesforce Functional Analyst to join our Revenue Generating Value Chain (RGVC) team. The candidate will be based at any Eaton US Facility and eligible for a hybrid work setup. Eaton is transforming the Sales, Support and Services platform and experience. We are looking for a highly self-motivated change agent to join in the journey! This role will focus on all businesses in Eaton, globally. The Salesforce Functional Analyst will evaluate, design and implement Salesforce solutions based on business processes and desired capabilities. The FA will work closely with Business Process Owners, Developers, Architects and Salesforce End users. The projects could consist of Salesforce Field Service, Customer Relationship Management and/or Partner Relationship Management, as well as the service side of post sales, case, and service requests. Key responsibilities: Participates in implementation/enhancement projects for Salesforce using agile methodologies. Partners with process owners and business users on requirements & processes. Playing a key role in the entire project lifecycle from requirements to go-live. Gathers and documents user stories using interviews, requirements workshops, site visits, business process flows, use cases, and scenarios. Provides knowledge, guidance, and industry best practices towards solution design on the Salesforce platform. Helping expedite the overall delivery. Works with architects and developers to transform requirements into Salesforce capabilities. Participates in unit testing and system integration testing to validate development meets business requirements. Prepares for user acceptance testing by writing test scripts and organizing test data for end users. Leads user acceptance testing events including managing bugs and enhancements resulting from the testing. Coordinates between development team and end users for bug retesting and resolution. Working with and collaborating across multiple IT products, expanding knowledge across ERP, Master Data Management, Middleware as well Contact Center and Sales Enablement tools. Prepares and provides demos as required to business process owners and other key stakeholders. Supports Project Managers with identifying risks, issues, and overall status updates. Support in onboarding sales, plant, field services, customer support, external sales partners, and customers. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is required. Minimum 4 years of IT, business analyst, functional analyst, or Project Management experience required. Minimum 2 years of salesforce experience Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a continuous basis without company sponsorship Position Criteria: Good level of system functional expertise and technical capabilities.
