The company Ebär GmbH is marketing and selling medical devices in carbon fiber material, as well as children and houseware goods in silicon plastics for their worldwide customers. Currently we are looking for a Sales Manager that is joining our team.

Job Description

• Responsible for develop global B2B Ebär Sales
• Develop customers and increase profitable sales
• Follow-up customers, understand and satisfy their requirements
• Negotiate and finalize commercial deals encompassing all aspects our portfolio
• Communication of customer requirements with the factory
• Follow-up the order including the worldwide delivery of the goods
• Provide Customer Support
• Support in selecting and developing the right product portfolio
• Support in identification of suitable marketing and sales channels
• Support in aligning and optimization the business model in terms of logistics and finance
• Support Sales + Marketing activities and attend on fairs and exhibitions
• Support the General Manager with other related tasks

Job Requirements
Age 25-45, limit to Europeans, Germans first, women first
• Minimum Bachelor degree
• Sales and business development experience
• Experience in medical devices-, toys- or houseware industry would be a clear plus
• Professional English language skills, Chinese would be a plus
• Strong communication skills
