ABOUT YOUR ROLE职位描述：

This role is to manage & coordinate Great China sample business including samples stock replenishment from slitting, daily delivery fulfillment, customers feedback collection and analysis, marketing samples requirements, industry outlook study, cross-functions requirements, to lead & drive efficiency improvement overall on samples conversion to orders realization, customer experience on samples service, collaboration with team on samples exhibition and rapidly introduction to potential & targets customers for their preferred products

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE工作职责:

• Manage samples center daily job, work with DC and commercial team on quick delivery

• Closed connection with marketing for sample requirements

• Coordinate on customer feedback collections on samples service

• Coordinate on customer sample service experience improvement

• Coordinate on data collection & analysis for samples conversion to orders realization

• Identify & recommend suitable samples to targets customer for their preferred

• Collaborate with cross functional on samples improvement based customer requirements

• Optimize sample center exhibition & introduction functions

• Optimize the related management process for all related operations

• Coordinate om data collection & analysis for Industry current status & outlook

• Maintain good relationship with partners and customers

• BS degree business administration, chemical or other related

• Good communication skills & data analysis skill

• Good logic and thinking skill

• Good study capability & Prospecting skills

• Presentation skills

• ELS & project leading experience is preferred
