Our client is a Knitwear / Cut & Sewn Knit Corporation, their current customers includes Abercrombie & Fitch, Urban Outfitters, Tommy Bahama, J Crew, Polo Ralph Lauren, Kohl’s and Macy, their factories are located in China, Cambodia & Philippines, their major export markets are 90% USA and 10% Europe.

They are looking for Sample Room Manager to join their group -(Cut & Sewn Knit Division) 

Work Station : Dongguan City, China 

Responsibilities: 

• Minimun 6 years of experience to lead the operation of sample room;

• Leading interpretations from design to sample ensuring intended look is achieved;

• Manage sample scheduling across customers with on-time delivery;

• Manage sample quality and bulk production feasibility;

• Responsible for sample storage;

• Manage sample material warehouse;

• Collaborate with customers on sample technicalities.

Requirements :

• Local Chinese is the first priority;

• Strong experience in cut & sewn sampling;

• Track record of leadership position within reputable in China;

• Strong sense of design intent and product outlook;

• Able to work under high pressure;

• Good command in written & spoken Chinese Mandarin or Cantonese.

**Working Day : Mon to Sat, 6 days work per week
