Insiders Experience organises bespoke and adventurous journeys off the beaten track, with sidecar motorbikes and 4x4’s. We take passengers to the places we love, and With business growing steadily since 2008, we now have operations in Shanghai, Xi’an, Lijiang, Guilin, Marrakesh and Sanya.

Job description
We are looking for part time drivers to join our team in Sanya. You will be driving passengers into remote areas of the island by sidecar or Jeep, sharing your knowledge and passion of the area as you go. Tours are typically 1hr to 4hrs long.

Requirements
- Chinese C1D driving license (car + 3 wheel motorbikes) or overseas equivalent
- Outgoing personality.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (70% of our passengers are Chinese). Any other language is a big plus.
- Have free time on weekdays or/and weekends.
- Passionate about China’s culture, history and people.
- Motivated about exploring and adventure.

Candidates do not need to have previous experience in tourism but will have to be ready to learn and justify of a certain experience of the country.
