As part of the global Siemens Healthineers strategy, you will lead our onsite implementation of SAP ME. As a technical expert in digital technology, you will guide our business to revolutionise our manufacturing processes. In addition, you will be collaborating with Siemens Healthineers global technical / digitalisation teams who manage our Integrated Tool Landscape (SAP ME, SAP ECC, SAP MII, SAP PCo, SAP APO, SAP EWM, Teamcenter NX etc.) We offer excellent benefits including BUPA, up to 10% employer pension, onsite gym, 26 days holiday (+ ability ot buy or sell an additional 5), free onsite parking, subsidised restaurant and share scheme Your mission and responsibilities will include Be a Digital Leader – Play a crucial role in implementing and developing a key foundation of our global digital landscape. Translate business challenges and opportunities into tangible benefits that transforms our business Technical Lead – Collate business requirements and maintain a system roadmap. Recognise when to change business processes and when to develop the system to optimise complexity and deliver most holistic value across the business. Configure out of the box functionality and develop customisations in collaboration with central teams. Define & perform rigorous tests to ensure criteria is met and risk is minimised. Manage & resolve incidents & problems to minimise business impact Training & Adoption – Provide onsite training & guidance across all levels of the business. Support & empower people to adapt to new ways of working Cultivate a Digital Culture – Be part of our team of on-site technical experts to drive the transformation of our business.
