Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience working in Sales and/or Sales Management.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin Chinese fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

About the job

The Scaled Onboarding team focuses on the sustainability of Google Ads clients. Our team is dedicated to building sales programs and systems for our clients. In this role, you will work with our Onboarding teams in Beijing. This full time indirect management role will be based in Beijing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall performance of the China market across sales programs. You'll focus on sales execution in the Small and Medium Business space, working closely with both Acquisitions and central management teams (Revenue and Sales Operations, Global Sales Excellence, Marketing, Sales Finance), as well as local Sales and Marketing teams. You have experience in sales management and business development. In this role, you'll oversee onboarding support for an exciting initiative. The Onboarding team partners with third-party vendors to onboard new advertisers to Google Ads. This role is for someone interested in a career in program/vendor management, sales and business development. In this role, you'll support the Onboarding team through effective business partnering and overall support of our vendor operations. You will serve as onsite Google representative providing product and tool support for our vendor partner. You will act as a liaison between our vendor and relevant internal Google departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a sales/account management team for our vendor partners, implementing performance management. Support teams during change management of the new Onboarding Sales program launch.
  • Support the vendor through effective business partnering and overall vendor management. Liaise with internal support and acquisitions teams on performance and expectations.
  • Analyze and present weekly performance figures to stakeholders, participating in weekly updates and monthly business reviews between Google and outsourcing partners.
  • Work on a global team, contribute to program design and shape onboarding for new customers.
