1. Principal Accountabilities:

Ensure maintenance work order scheduling meet Huntsman & local EHS standards. Create, effectively plan and schedule daily maintenance work by supervising contractors to ensure all maintenance work done through effective utilization of resources. Efficiently use SAP system to schedule, track work orders. Responsible for developing & updating and maintain standard work orders based on industry standards, SMPs& WIs provided by engineers. Manage preventative maintenance in SAP. Monitor and report key performance indicators for maintenance work monthly including local and globe level. Support TA planning engineer to coordinate TA’s plan and schedule, ensure achieve successfully turnarounds. Assistant planning &TAR engineer to supervise main contractor team daily management, tracking contractor KPIs to ensure it has high safety performance and work efficiency.

2. Special Features

The Plants contain highly toxic chemicals. Equipment integrity and excellent control of all maintenance activities is therefore of paramount importance.

3. Knowledge / Experience / Skills Needed

College degree with above 6-year experience of chemical plant Understand machine, electrical and instrument knowledge Understand maintenance procedures Be familiar with SAP system Must have good oral and written communication skills and computer proficiency Scheduling software/tool such as P6, M-project etc.
