1. Accountabilities :

• Design and implement PPDS system in all fully-owned breweries in China with IBS team together to ensure the standard, efficient and workable process launched.
• Execution in an efficient way of daily scheduling by brewery by production line by shift by SKU when PPDS system implemented to improve the related KPIs, such as Service Level, CON, PPA, FPA, ect.
• Improve VPO result with brewery and BSC together for daily production plan and detailed scheduling and Finished Goods Inventory management.
• S&OP with HQ logistics Planning Team, Regional team and Sales. Work closely with Logistics Planning(HQ, regional & brewery), Procurement, ZBS to fix the issues
• Production CAPEX project tracking and coordinating for specific breweries.

Weekly plan validation and feedback to HQ Planning-WSNP

2. Qualifications and Technical competencies required:

• Bachelor Degree on Supply Chain or Business Administration
  

• At least 4 years experience in Logistics Planning of FMCG
  

• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Business sense & quick learning.
