Job Responsibilities:

Provide Psychological Counseling:
Offer individual and group counseling sessions to students to support their emotional, social, and academic development.

Mental Health Education:
Develop and deliver lessons or workshops on mental health awareness, emotional regulation, stress management, and interpersonal skills.

Crisis Intervention:
Respond promptly and effectively to students experiencing emotional or psychological crises, and provide appropriate follow-up support.

Student Assessment:
Identify students’ psychological needs through observation, interviews, and appropriate screening tools; refer students to external professionals when necessary.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to support students’ well-being and address behavioral or academic concerns.

Maintain Records and Confidentiality:
Keep accurate documentation of counseling sessions and ensure all student information is kept confidential in compliance with school policies and legal standards.

Professional Development:
Participate in ongoing training and workshops to stay current on best practices in school counseling and adolescent psychology.

Promote a Positive School Climate:
Contribute to building a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students.
