Summary of Responsibilities:
Works closely with school administrators to create a learning environment that meets the physical, mental and emotional needs of students. To provide nursing care and health counseling to students and staff, a community that includes those with chronic illnesses, improve learning and increase access to counseling and health care services for prevention and promote students’ social and emotional well-being. Dealing with unexpected emergency situation and coordinate between school, parents and clinics or hospital

Qualifications:
? Minimal Education Requirement—Associate nursing degree, bachelor's degree preferred
? Minimal experience Requirement- 5years working experience in nursing in bilingual( English and Chinese)
? Minimum 2 years oversea nursing experience required for new hires.
? Licensing Needed- Registered nurse license in China.
? BLS, ACLS and PALS certificate according to policy
Skills:
? Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
? Familiar with varies communicable disease and report it on timeline per work flow.
? Familiar with CDC infectious disease site system
? Familiar with school event report system and be able deal with emergency situation
? Good computer skill in data collection and analysis
? Leadership ability to work both independently and collaboratively to manage health programs effectively
Knowledge:
? Understand hospital policies and procedures
? Understand students and parents need
? Adequate knowledge in general nursing
? Adequate knowledge of required nursing expertise
? Adequate knowledge of the vaccination and related contagious disease
