Job Description
Job Duties
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries;
- Provide assistance to maintain student data;
- Provide general clerical support to the Student & Administration Office;
- Assist in maintaining a smooth daily school administration.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Matriculated or above (Fresh graduates are welcome);
- Hands-on knowledge in customer services is an added advantage;
- Be proactive, cheerful, willing to learn and work overtime occasionally, and have a strong sense of responsibility;
- Possess good communication skills and be able to work independently;
- Good command of spoken English (With spoken Putonghua will be an added advantage).
