Requirements
• Native English speaker from English-speaking countries
• Relevant working experience in China
• Familiar with American curriculum & teaching system
• Previous classroom teaching experience
• Ability to design and deliver teacher training programs
• Strong leadership, management and organizational skills

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage daily operations of the international school
• Implement and develop the American curriculum system
• Supervise teaching quality and learning outcomes
• Provide professional training, guidance and evaluation for teachers
• Develop school plans, improve teaching standards and campus management
• Cooperate with Chinese team to build international education environment
• Communicate with parents and maintain school-family partnership

Salary & Benefits
30-50K，Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
