Job Description
- Lead NPD projects with cross-function teams;
- Lead formula & process development and ensure project on time delivery;
- Support NPD projects claim creation, consumer qualification, product benefits demonstration, etc.;
- Lead Technology Transfer projects from the other regions to AP or from AP to other regions and ensure project on time delivery;
- Lead the CIP and BCP projects to support business including manufacture process optimization, cycle time reduction, reformulation and alternative RMs qualification, etc.;
- Provide technical support for market products trouble shooting, i.e. quality issue, consumer complaints, formula compliance, etc.;
- Support commercial activities, i.e. new product launch campaign, PR event, customer event etc.;
- Build external collaboration on new raw material or new technology exploration, provide innovative formula and product solutions;
- On time deliver other tasks assigned from supervisor.
资历
- Education level: bachelor and above;
- Requirement: chemistry, chemical engineering or relative majors;
- Working experience: 3 years (bachelor); 2 years(master or above).
