AbbVie’s rapidly expanding Cell Therapy group is hiring a Scientist II/ Senior Scientist I to develop next generation cell therapies in the context of a highly innovative oncology pipeline. Have basic expertise in utilizing bioinformatics/data science tools to study T cell biology and/or tumor immuno-biology Have technical experience in Bioinformatics and Molecular biology research. Collaborate in a multidisciplinary research team in an exciting, discovery-oriented environment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Experience in Bioinformatics is desired, especially experience with bioinformatic analysis of large set of -OMICs data using multiple tools (e.g., Spotfire, R-Studio). Experience in NK, T cell biology and CAR T cell therapy hands-on experience is a key advantage. Practical experience with several of the following techniques: primary cell culture, T cell-based assays, Flow cytometry, qPCR, ddPCR, ELISA, MSD, Luminex, viral transduction, molecular cloning. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience in presenting data for a large audience.
