Deeply understand organic chemistry knowledge.

Be able to synthesis route design and solve the problems under the indication.

Responsible for process report independently.

Draft raw material list for R&D process.

the production and coordinate QA/ QC/ Purchase & Production departments, ensure the production smoothly.

Find the production problem timely and report to project manager.

Coach new comer to understand work process.

Strictly implement the departmental SOP, and have some reasonable suggestion.

Maintain the departmental 5S policy.

Compliance in the company rules, like EHS/ IP etc.

Bachelor degree or above and major in organic chemistry.

Be proficient in organic chemistry, process R&D and GMP regulations.

Excellent in presentation and communication in English.

3 years or above experience in organic synthesis or process R&D.

Demonstrate ability in problem solving, communications, project management and coordination, and team cooperation.
