- Primarily responsible for product development, production and technical support for food service, meat processors and other customers
- Develop a unique end-user model that dominates the key end user accounts and captures an increased share of end-user market
- Working with Sales and Marketing to identify new opportunity
- Developing new products for internal requirement
- Help control good outcome with Kerry’s resource
- Working with SCM, QA and OPS help new product production and existing production optimization and executive
- Working with planning and all cross-function team
- Customer training of savory sauce knowledge

- Bachelor’s and higher Degree in Food Science.
- Minimum of 5 year’s sauce R&D related experience.
- Production experience of meat system companies.
- Good computer skill and familiar with or quick adaption of Kerry’s system.
- Fluent spoken and write in English and Chinese. Good communication with Kerry global
- Good R&D knowledge, product experience and foresight of market.
- Strong internal and external communication skill. Especially good communication skill with customers.
- Good management experience of projects. Good skill to lead cross function team to control complex event.
