Responsibilities include:

• Participate in R&D projects for the company’s products; 
• Conduct experiments in wet lab to follow systems, standards and procedures for product testing, validation, and benchmarking within the established QMS;
• Record, analyse and distribute statistical information through well-documented and thought out reporting;
• Participate in the experimental design/execution, protocols improvement, writing of work instructions, SOPs, and/or validation designs;
• Prepare reagents and materials, carry out calibration/maintenance of instrumentation

Qualifications:

• M.Phil. degree or above from disciplines in biotechnology, biomedical engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, or equivalent; PhD degree in relavent field is more preferable;

• Good technical experience in experimental design, screening, optimization and problem solving;

• Proven R&D experience in biosensing applications, IVD device development, chemical formulation is an advantage;

• Knowledge of DOE is an advantage;

• Have strong communication and technical writing skills;

• Mature, responsible, independent, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
