Develop, optimize, validate and execute biochemical and cellular assays for small molecule drug discovery programs, including implementing screening assays and characterization of leads.
任职要求;
1. M.S. with > 2yrs of relevant experience or M.S. in biochemistry or molecular biology, can work independently；
2. Experience in enzyme kinetics and/or cell-based studies are desirable, familiar with commercial biochemical assay kits；
3. Positive knowledge of radio isotope, experience in radiolabeling assay(H3,C14)；
4. Practical experience in operating standard equipment used in biochemistry labs, such as centrifuges, electrophoresis equipment, microplate readers；
5. Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
