Key accountabilities:

1. Select antibody from phage library, include panning & screening (ELISA & FACS, etc), data & antibody sequence analysis, generate final report;

2. Deliver and make update/summary timely;

3. Work with colleagues to ensure data quality, efficiency/timeline;

4. In addition to follow company compliance policies, work on the projects to practice good LabNotebook writing;

Requirements:

1. Molecular biology, biochemistry or related background, Master or bachelor with more than 2 years experience;

2. Experience with phage or other display libraries;

3. Understanding of antibody discovery process;

4. Experience with antibody discovery and/or engineering is a plus;

5. Experience with antibody library design/construction is a plus
