Job Description:

• Experience in Digital banking domain.
• Experience as a PM/Scrum Master
• Can speak English and Chinese language (Mandarin).
• Experience of working in IT dept.
• The ability to adapt and network across a global organization, to work well with the team, and, to present well to stakeholders.
• Previous experience in leading project teams preferably in the banking/ FI industry.
• Experience in managing staff, in the capacity of both line manager and PM.
• With Business & Banking domain knowledge, Mobile Banking, Cloud, Chabots.
• Work with off-site, virtual team experience.
• Occasionally work with other time zone.
• Sprint Planning
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches XP Kanban, Crystal FDD…etc.
• Knowledge with agile techniques User Stories, ATDD, TDD, continuous Integration, Continuous Testing Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
• Professional certification / Knowledge proof on Scrum Master

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage overall projects from initiation to implementation
• Manage all project stakeholders, including various user departments, vendor, IT teams of related systems
• Perform feasibility study and user requirement analysis for various banking systems
• Monitor the project process and status
• Plan and arrange UAT
• Control risks and manage issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 40,000.0元 to 60,000.0元 /month
