Job Description: At Eaton India Innovation Center, Center for Secure Cyber-physical Systems is currently seeking a Specialist Architect to join our team! This position is based at our office in Magarpatta City, Pune. This role is of the Scrum Master for Edge platform team in our center in India, you will closing work with the Brightlayer Edge team and will be leading the diverse team of talented embedded software developers, test, DevOps engineers, and more in the SM capacity. You will work with Product Owner to set the priorities, ensuring the achievement of deliverables and other milestones, and improve the way we run our agile. Your contribution to group will be part of a global organization focused on providing reusable technology platforms and services to Eaton product teams.You have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects/Scrum teams and tasks while adapting quickly to changing priorities. He/She is Efficient and takes Accountability to assigned charter which fits in to overall Goals of Embedded domain which comprise of embedded software, connectivity, industrial networking and Internet of things (IoT) technologies and solutions. • Drives Continuous Improvement activities to improve collaboration, communication and efficiency in addition to reducing operational waste • Coaches the team on Agile Principles and ensures accountability • Facilitates all scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Retrospectives • Keeps the team focused on deliverables by working with team manager to remove impediments • Contributes to a positive, productive, fun, and inclusive team environment • Identifies purposeful metrics and measures team progress • Works closely with Product Owner to assist with various project administrative functions • Work with test team to ensure adequate and appropriate test case coverage with defined Software quality metrics. This is a hands-on position and the successful candidate will have responsibilities supporting multiple product teams, and contractors at our office in Magarpatta City, Pune.
