The Scrum master has a significant role in team interactions, finding ways to improve and optimize teamwork, and at the same time remove impediments so the team can do their work more efficiently. Agile methodology and program management is KEY to the team. The role is dedicated to maximizing the value and effectiveness of our delivery teams by bringing modern, innovative agile techniques and program management tools to follow the program key milestones. He/she carries out the scheduling of the daily activities and facilitate the communication between the different parties (from engineering to production line). Job Responsibilities Act as a Scum master Delivering embedded firmware projects using agile methodologies while having very good understanding of the entire Product Development Life cycle Act as Scrum Master with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work. Act as a project manager when necessary. Take responsibility for managing dependencies between our team and third parties or between our team and other scrum teams. Facilitating scrum processes with sprint planning, retrospectives and sprint reviews/demos. Ensure cross-team coordination, liaise between developers and product management and foster better communication between the functions. Establish objectives and goals and provides direction to the project team members in areas of project execution. Keep the backlog groomed. Qualifications Qualifications Preferred education level: Scrum Master certification. Years and area of experience required: 2+ Years of experience in FW development including Scrum Master acting for several teams. Technical knowledge: Working knowledge of Agile Application Lifecycle Management and development tools including Confluence Wiki, and JIRA. Experience with comparable tools considered. Ability to influence, coach and mentor others. Soft skills: Very good organizational, communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
