At the Tijuana IT Center of Excellence, you will form part of one of many Scrum Teams that focus on delivering software solutions to multiple Business Partners across Thermo Fisher’s divisions worldwide.

What will you do?
As a Scrum Master you will help your Team as a Servant Leader. You will provide Agile/Scrum expertise and coaching for a cross-functional development team. You will keep the team grounded in Agile/Scrum values and principles and focus on enabling the team to be more effective at delivering a working product. You will collaborate and influence without formal authority. Impediment removal and continuous improvement are the foundation of the Scrum Masters role on an agile team. You will also have the opportunity to share your knowledge with a group of over 160 Software Engineers of all backgrounds. And you will be exposed to the science and technology that is helping us achieve our mission.

How will you get here?

Education

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering disciplines.

Experience

2+ years of experience as Scrum Master.
3+ years of experience in Software Development.
