This is an exciting role; you will be responsible for the high-level delivery of our next generation software at Siemens Mobility MRX. Your role is to coach and bring best practices, facilitate ceremonies, remove obstacles and connect with key stakeholders across the business. This is your role, what part will you play? Facilitating and imparting your knowledge and experience to our teams that enable them to deliver first class products to stakeholders. Managing end-to-end delivery, from concept to release Problem solving challenges with Architects and Subject Matter Experts. Owning and providing feedback on ways to improve the delivery and workflow. Proactively identifying and removing obstacles for team by collaborating across all areas of Technology and the business. Being inquisitive and continuously driving for the next level of team performance and outcomes. Developing, shaping and supporting the Teams culture with the Technical and Product Ownership to be inclusive and engaging. Skills to have Experience working as a Scrum Master or in software delivery. Experience energising and shaping a great team culture Experience in coaching and facilitating across multiple organisational levels. Adaptability – We might have some nuances to what you have practiced before, but this works for us so you come open minded. Knowledge of Agile software development process. Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) is a plus.
