PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Product Owner and provide techniques for effective Product Backlog Management.
• Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize values.
• Coaching multiple Development Teams in self-organization and cross-functionality, removing impediments and facilitating Scrum events.
• Helping the Scrum Teams to understand and practice Agility, Helping the Scrum Team and Stakeholders to understand and enact the Scrum theory, practices, rules and values.
• Work with Agile Coaches to define the best Agile practice across the organization and promote Agile Adoption.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

• At least 3 years of solid experience in Scrum Master.
• Proven track record in working with distributed & Scaled Scrum teams in different time zones and a complex working environment.
• Experience in working in the gaming and hospitality industry in a plus.

Education

• Degree with major in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines.

Skills / Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and concepts.
• Agile certification such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) and Scaled Professional Scrum (Nexus) or equivalent.
• Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills.
• Proficiency in Agile management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
