About the Role

Some Key Responsibilities

  • Accelerate delivery of work from READY to DONE with agile ways of working for the successful delivery of business outcomes

  • Work with Product Owners and other Scrum Masters to driving prioritisation decisions and achieve the best mix of feasibility, desirability ,and viabilityMVP effectively for the sponsor

  • Drive the fundamentals of iterative development, incremental delivery, value metrics, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition

  • Build and maintain a smooth running a community of technical professionals with clarity on best practice and evolving standards that increase expertise and productivity software development and delivery team, and improving the operation of the team in line with Agile best practice.

  • People management of the community team members including goal setting, performance reviews, development plans, recruitment and resolving any operational issues

  • Own the technical roadmap for applications within the community and work as the business owner for the priortised technical initiatives

  • Build project teams with high morale and a passion to excel and achieve project targets

  • Capacity management and planning for internal and vendor community team members

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in IT / Computer Science or business-related discipline

  • Agile certification is desirable

  • Demonstrated Success delivering projects using Agile methodology and inspiring and motivating a team to achieve outstanding results

  • More than 5 years experience as a Project Manager/ Delivery Manager or as an Agile Coach, Iteration Manager or Senior Business Analyst

  • Proven experience dealing with 3rd parties. Management of Vendors

  • Proven People Leadership experience - managing a team within an Agile project environment

  • Proven success in working with and across Business and IT delivery teams to deliver effective and cost-efficient technology-based solutions
