Work location: Airport Area

Job Duties:

• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams to implement changes effectively
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Solid working experiences in Scrum Master
• More than four years IT Project Management experience
• Scrum Master certification is preferred
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong
• Immediately Available is preferred
• Good communication skills with fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Candidate is allowed to work in HK
