About the role

As a Scrum Master (SM) / Quality Engineer (QE), working within the ECU platform development team you will be responsible for ensuring that the team develops an agile mindset and lives according to the agile values and principles. In addition, as part of your QA activities you will actively contribute to improving the quality of project deliverables by influencing the team to follow the quality process.

Responsibilities

• Coach and empower the development team by ensuring commitment vs delivery.


• Support and enable the team to improve performance and increase productivity in their everyday work by defining and providing the right tools.


• Make sure the team understands the development strategy and key concepts applied in the project organization.


• Assure the team follows the processes being applied in the project / organization.


• Define how to measure quality towards the KPIs.


• Support the planning and execution of project audits in accordance to the Quality Assurance Plan


• Identify possible root causes for quality issues and address corrective measures to improve quality
