The Scan DevOps team supports and develops tools enabling the Intel software development community to create high quality, secure, legal, and bug-free Intel software products. We are a global team supporting a global software development community of the world’s largest semiconductor chip manufacturer.

Our talented and innovative team delivers robust software development solutions for the development community above and beyond system administration. We are working to combine the security, legal, and quality tool stacks into a cohesive and continuously available whole with a simplified automation interface. Our solution incorporates large scale data analytics and provides full stack visibility across the development tools chain to drive a capable and efficient environment at application stack, assets, data sets, infrastructure, program flow and server stack layers to better respond to our company and customer needs.

This Scrum Master is responsible for:

• Coach team members. The Scrum master makes sure that team members are well trained and understand Agile processes.
• Facilitates Scrum ceremonies and enforces time boxes.
• Embrace and role model Agile Principles. Teach, mentor, guide and coach the Delivery Team (and organization) on Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Lean principles and practices.
• Help remove organizational and team impediments to agility and progress.
• Assist Delivery Team and Product Owner with relentless and continuous improvement in processes and product delivery.
• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on growth and problem solving.
• Facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Assists with internal and external communication.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience, 4 years in addition to:
• 4+ years of IT related experience
• 2+ years leading Agile teams
• Certified Scrum Master
• Advanced English level

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates:

• Excellent Jira and Jira Align knowledge.
• Experience in SAFe methodologies

Inside this Business Group

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
