Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for daily Sea freight operation of FCL/LCL/Consolidation to Worldwide.

- Perform cargo planning, maintain close communication & coordination with clients, overseas agents and internal departments.

- Handle full set of Export documents, China shipment, China trucking & Transportation arrangement.

- Process data input for S.I. preparation & submission, B/L issuance, M/HAWB  issuance, Debit Note creation, etc.

- Compliance of standard operation procedure.

- To be back-up for other team-mates when needed

- Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Requirements

- Diploma or above in Logistics / Supply Chain or related disciplines preferred.

- Good knowledge in logistics/forwarding field.

- At least 1-2 years' working experience in logistics/forwarding (mainly in Ocean Freight field) or related industry.

- Good command of written, spoken English and Chinese included Mandarin.

- Good PC skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Proactive, hardworking, responsible, independent, high efficiency & willing to learn.

- Self-motivated and proactive, Good interpersonal skills & team spirit.
