Key Tasks:

• Keep good relationship with clients, provide satisficed service to clients: friendly, timely & efficient solution.
• Follow up per SOP, check & correct data of receiving documents to make the customs clearance done smoothly
• Tracing the order processing,
• Arrange customs clearance， and monitor its process and cargo pick up;
• Coordinating related suppliers / overseas for helping clients solve problems,
• Can well handle sea export shipments under door to door service independently;
• Reply overseas & sales inquiry for any shipment tracing;
• Check & verify the buying rate and selling rate carefully to make profitable
• Be an AR controller
• Well maintain clients, be able to develop more business with clients

安排清关，监督报关及提货流程

回复海外报价及货物跟踪情况

检查并确认买价与卖价，确保收益

做好应收账款的控制

维护好现有客户，进一步开发好客户的其它业务

Qualifications & Requirements:

入职要求：

College or above degree ，above 2-5 years’ work experiences .

Good Industry knowledge for handling procedures of sea freight imp/export.

Foreign Language skill Good English in both oral and written. CET 4 and above.

Strong team Spirit

Ownership on results

Can be solved problems independently under pressure

大专及以上学历， 2-5年以上货代行业工作经验

熟知海运进/出口的相关行业知识和操作程序

良好的英语口语和书写能力。英语四级及以上

强烈的团队合作精神

有责任心，对结果有担当
