Responsibilities:

• Lead the sea freight operation team with KPI responsibility. Managing with efficient flow to achieve operation and customer service excellence
• Manage daily operation issues with team for all trade lanes major in Europe, USA and LATAM
• Provide best resolution for the team when confront with operational issues
• Maintain and review operational procedure with SOP and KPI measurement in place
• Implement data input strategy and comply with finance requirements in completing data entry before deadline and accurately
• Perform other ad hoc projects when required
• Immediate available would be an advantage

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in sea freight operation of which 3 years at supervisory level in sea freight operation department
• Knowledge of import & export document with detailed procedure from end to end
• Strong leadership skills with self-motivation, excellent analytical skill
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Good people communication and presentation skills within team and external
• Good command of written and spoken English with additional fluent speaking of Putonghua
