Job title

Job description

  • Help to deal with supplier and customer and internal queries, responsible for customer contacts, follow up customer contacts per telephone / email or visits if needs.

  • Coordinate internally and externally to solve unexpected accidents and complaints.

  • Ensure data integrity(PO management) and work in accordance with KPI, regular work with calculations of revenue and clear WIP.

  • Good team work spirit in internal work process

  • Contribute to development of team

  • Monitor the whole process of operation for cargo moving on time, keep good relationship with internal and external customers.

Applicant's profile

  • Industry knowledge for handling procedures of airfreight or sea freight

  • Above College degree, above CET-4

  • Good skill in computer use, good spoken&written English, and Mandarin;

  • Experience: Freight forwarder experience at least 3 years

  • Foreign freight forwarder nomination cargoes experience preferred

  • High Responsibility attitude; active and open personality; energetic & proactive
