Job Description

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will lead the export customer service team via the Section Leaders and ensure the highest level of service is rendered to our customers at all times.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Section Leaders in monitoring of KPIs and relevant reporting requirements
  • Responsible for the forwarding sub-ledger (FSL)
  • Ensure all tasks are completed according to SOP and KPIs
  • Responsible for the recruitment and development of your team
  • Drive business development and growth for the team
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve overall efficiency

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

To be successful, you will need a good track record in leadership experience in terms of performance management and timely problem solving. You will demonstrate a customer focus mindset and strong knowledge of seafreight operations.
