Job Description:

• Arrange direct booking via carriers
• Can cooperate with different carriers to arrange direct booking and maintain good working relationship with carriers
• Have the ability to deal with various kinds of problem during the booking procedure and follow up till the job is completed successfully
• Can coordinate with different sections to complete the task of direct booking successfully
• Can give valuable input for the related section heads and management to fine-tune the working procedure and increase the working efficiency

Requirements:

- College degree or above

- At least 1 year experience in Geodis group

- Seafreight forwarding knowledge

- Good communication skill both in Mandarin and English (CET-4);

- Demonstrate proactive and positive learning attitude;

- Demonstrate service mindset and good team work spirit;

- Good command of PC skills: word, excel, PPT, email and internet etc.

- Honest and integrity
