Responsibilities:

• Take operational leadership and budget (P&L) responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation to help achieve the Operation/ Customer.
• Manage the workforce according to customer’s requirements from time to time
• Lead and facilitate process improvement projects with benefits in cost and efficiency
• Maintain and evolve operational performance measurement system
• Execute the implementation of quality initiatives and operation excellence programs
• Perform other ad hoc projects when required
• Immediate available is preferred.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Logistics, sea freight forwarder or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience of which 3 years were at supervisory level in sea freight logistics industry
• Knowledge in import & export document and procedure is an advantage
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-place team-base environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Good people communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
